St’ Petersburg Project-Technology Institute was founded 29/12/1979 as North-West regional structure for designing of Hi-Tech enterprises of Radioindustry Ministry of USSR.

At present time the institute is providing the following  activities:

-       Development of  town planning documents

-       Development of new building projects, reconstruction’s, extension and technical innovations of different  profiles enterprises and companies, social-and-recreational buildings, residential structures, apartments, cottages.

-       Designing  of business  objects: offices, banks, business-centers, elite stores, restaurants…

-       Design plans & specification's legal approval and coordination in municipal inspection and authorities institutions.

-       Administrative, legal & technical support for designing solutions completed by  architectures and engineering companies - nonresidents of Russia.

-       Technical audit.

-       Ecology & environmental audit.

-       Examination of project-engineering documentation.

-       Engineering service. Tender documentation.
